MINDFUL MENTORS equip children with a range of techniques and coping strategies to help them effectively manage challenging situations including pre-exam stress.
Mindful Mentors offer a range of tailored mindful workshops (ages 5-11) for individuals, groups, and schools. We provide children with a basic understanding of Neuroscience which helps them to understand and process their emotions. Through the implementation of techniques such as Monkey Mind Meditation, our students are empowered to become more self-aware which ultimately improves their learning experience.
Our aim is to help children understand the science behind how their brain works to equip them with the skills required to live more compassionate lives filled with kindness and happiness.
