You’re not alone. And we can help.

We have experience with a multitude of techniques that allows one to regroup, reground, and revitalize through mindfulness, storytelling, life mapping, and practical goal setting. Sometimes we simply need reminders or tools to harness our inherent strength. We’d love to help you empower yourself.

We offer individual and group sessions in New York City, which take place in the comfort of your own home or at a neutral location in your neighborhood. Sessions are forty-five minutes. Contact us for details.

These are not therapy sessions. Rather, these sessions are an opportunity to learn practical tools to overcome self-imposed limits and to build a strong sense of self.
